All sales are final and cannot be returned.

Due to each product being carefully crafted and packaged by hand, there may be instances where issues arise. I will make every effort possible to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. 

If the product(s) in your order is/are damaged or defective,please contact us at hello@theline17.com with your order number and pictures of the damaged item(s).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Any approved exchange will require the original receipt and exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Shipping costs will not be covered.
