What materials are your prints made from?
Our prints are made from high-quality archival paper and premium inks that are designed to last for decades without fading. We use eco-friendly materials whenever possible.
Do you offer framing options?
At this time, framing options are not available for prints. A frame will be provided for purchased original artwork in order to insure safety and protection during the shipping process.
Shipping & Delivery
How are prints packaged to prevent damage?
All orders are hand packaged with care. Prints are packaged with a thick backing board and placed inside cellophane sleeves to protect against water and moisture. They are then shipped in high-quality and sturdy rigid mailers.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Please let me know! Contact me (hello@theline17.com) with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery and I will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately not at this time, but hopefully in the future.
